Guidelines

1. Registration and Submission Process:

     • First, register yourself through the journal's registration portal. The portal will prompt you to create an account, providing basic details such as your name, affiliation, contact information, and academic qualifications.
     • After registering, submit the required information, including manuscript details, author affiliations, and any additional documents requested by the journal.
     • Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the journal’s designated submission portal, which can be accessed after registration.

2. General Submission Requirements:

    • Manuscripts must be original works that have not been published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.
    • Authors must ensure that their manuscript is written in clear, concise, and formal academic language. The manuscript should be free of any grammatical or typographical errors.

3. Formatting Guidelines:
• Manuscripts in English should be typed in Times New Roman and in Hindi (Nirmala UI /Unicode), font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
• Pages must be numbered consecutively, starting from the title page.
• The manuscript should include the following sections: Title, Abstract (250–300 words), Keywords (4–6 words), Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
• The title page should include the full title of the paper, the names of all authors, their institutional affiliations, and corresponding author details (email address and phone number).

4. Abstract and Keywords:
• The abstract must summarize the key objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the study in no more than 250-300 words.
• Keywords should be relevant, descriptive, and not exceed six terms. These should appear immediately after the abstract.

5. Citation and Referencing Style:
• Authors should follow the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition citation style for both in-text citations and reference lists in English . While in Hindi MLA.
• References should be accurate and comprehensive, including all relevant publications, books, articles, and other academic sources used in the manuscript.

6. Figures and Tables:
• All figures, tables, and illustrations should be clearly labeled with concise captions and placed at the appropriate points in the text.
• High-quality images and figures should be submitted separately in editable formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, or TIFF) with appropriate resolutions (300 dpi).
• Tables should be formatted in a simple style with clear headings.

7. Peer-Review Process:
• Manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors should ensure that their manuscript is anonymized to maintain objectivity during the review.
• Authors will be notified of the review outcome, and revisions may be requested based on reviewers’ feedback.

8. Submission Fees:
• Please check the journal’s website for any applicable submission or processing fees. Payments should be made according to the instructions provided upon manuscript acceptance.

9. Revisions and Resubmissions:
• In case of required revisions, authors must submit the revised manuscript along with a detailed response letter addressing all reviewers' comments and changes made.

10. Final Acceptance:
• Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, authors will be notified and provided with proofs for final approval before publication in the journal.

11. Guidelines for the Scholarly Publication of Conference Proceedings in the Intelligentsia International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research:
• Proceedings related to conferences, symposiums, workshops, or other scholarly events submitted to the Intelligentsia International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research will be considered for publication in dedicated special issues or separate volumes, depending on the scope and significance of the event.
• Proceedings must align with the journal’s multidisciplinary focus and undergo the same rigorous peer-review process as regular articles. Manuscripts should follow the journal’s standard formatting guidelines, including an abstract, keywords, and a detailed description of the event, including its thematic relevance and objectives.
• Ethical standards, including informed consent for publication from all participants and disclosure of any relevant ethical approvals, must be strictly adhered to. Event organizers are responsible for ensuring the originality of content and obtaining the necessary permissions.
• Copyright for the proceedings is transferred to the journal upon acceptance, in line with the journal’s publication policies. 

               Intelligentsia International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research welcomes submissions on all relevant topics within the listed broad disciplines and beyond. Authors are encouraged to explore interdisciplinary research, emerging trends, and innovative methodologies, fostering diverse academic perspectives and addressing global challenges through cross-disciplinary approaches.
